In this post I will make a research about big film company, in this case Warner Brosers Pictures.
The studio first came out in 1918 when four Warner brothers (Sam, Jack, Harry and Albert).
Sam and Jack were producing pictures, when Harry and Albert with other workers were doing financial staff.
At the moment it is all the world, however, in the beginning it was only in Burbank, California.
At the moment the owner of the Warner bros is the Warner Media and the owner of Warner Media is AT&T company. As well as Warner Bros, Warner Media owns 14 more companies, they are as follows: Adult Swim,AT&T SportsNet,Boomerang,Cartoon Network,Cinemax, CNN, Crunchyroll, DC Comics,HBO,HBO Max, TBS, TNT, TruTV, Turner Classic Movies,Warner Bros.
In my opinion the benefit of owning a lot of media companies is that: a) you spent less money on marketing

b) increases the numbers of audience, therefore, increases income
The Warner Bros studio was now running for about 97 years now.

the top 5 biggest box office successes were:
1)the Harry Potter franchise -- they earned approx. 5.6 $ billion in total
it was making Warner Bros's profit from 2001 un till 2009.
2) Joker (2019) Profit it made to a company was about 1.074 $ billion.
Director and the writer was Todd Phillips.
Profit it made to a company was about 1.074 $ billion.
Top 3 grossing Warner Bros films of 2019:
1) Joker, already named movie, the genre of it was thriller. Budget spent on it: $ 55 million. Gross of 2019: $ 333,772,511

2) It:Chapter two. Genre: horror. Director: Andy Muschietti. Budget spent on it: $ 79 million. Gross of 2019: $ 211,593,228
3) Pokémon: Detective Pikachu. Genre: adventure/family. Director: Rob Letterman. The budget spent on it: $ 150 million. Gross of 2019: $ 144,105,346
as I made my research, I've noticed that Warner Bros tend to to work with number of directors and actors. Such as Christopher Nolah (director of almost 5 action movies, mostly based on DC comics); David Yates director some of the "Harry Potter" and both of the parts of the "Fantastic Beasts"; Tim Burton, director, tend to work on family/action movies and many others. I think that it is easier for the company to work with a directors who ones brought fame to the company.
Currently, the Warner Bros pictures have 21 films in pre-production and 15 of them have the date to be discussed, so the company still doesn't know whet it will be released. There are also about 40 films in total that are in postproduction, so they are just about to come out in the cinema.
The biggest advantage of the large institution in my opinion is that it has a larger marketing area, that therefore increases amount of income, because there is increase of audience, due to have large marketing area.
